One of my favorite stamps in the new Autumn/Winter 2011 Idea Book is the Remarkable Wreath set. Here are two cards I made using the stamp set. The layout is also from the idea book. I'm sure I will be getting plenty of use out these!

I am having so much fun with the new Cricut Cartridge for CTMH Art Philosophy! There are so many 3D items that are just too adorable! There are pillow boxes, french fry cases, cards and envelopes. My niece and I spent the whole day trying all all the different features. We had a great time! Here are a couple of things I created. The pillow box and french fry case that holds little cards with sweet sentiments.

I'm so excited about CTMH's new Cricut Cartridge that is coming out as of August 1st. My Fedex package is due to arrive in two days (a great benefit for consultants, you get to order/preview early). While making room for all the new product that was presented in the Autumn/Winter 2011 Idea Book, I came across a booklet of paper purses from KC Company that I had bought years ago. The new CTMH Cartridge will have a lot of great 3D objects that coordinate with stamps and papers. I'm so excited about all the options that will be available, that I practiced with one from the booklet. So simple and cute. You can fill this with candy as a favor or a gift card holder for a gift.

I can't take any credit for this cute gift card holder other than following great directions from Tina Sutton (http://missgi.fatcow.com/?cat=101), but I had to try it as soon as I saw this. I used the Sophia paper packet from CTMH as well. I just changed it up a bit.

This upcoming Monday I will be hanging with my scrapbook/card making "girls" using the "Wings" Workshop on the Go packet. However, when we all get together, I rarely actually create anything. I'm trying new techniques, helping someone cut their paper, or just enjoying visiting. I love it! Isn't that what it is all about anyway? So, I thought I would play and try to get a jump start so I actually have something to show for this purchase! There are so many different combinations that can be done with this packet. I'm hoping to be an inspiration to my friends as well as get some more results than these two note cards.
I have a precious friend who is known for how she wraps presents. In fact, when there is a gift table, everyone can point out her signature wrap. It is elegant, simple and beautiful. You just know that the gift inside is going to be as thoughtful and meaningful. She is an inspiration. Making card and gift bag combinations are a great way to tell a person that you really put extra care and love in the gift. Here is a quick attempt at coordinating the two.

|My Creative Cottage|
I am a girlie girl. I love tea parties, roses, tea cups, tea pots and PINK! I also love to create and having a space that allows me to combine my love for tea and crafting. My dear husband knew how important this was to me. So during our house hunt last year, he made sure to point out to me how one room in the house would make a great tea/craft room. Some were small and some were big, but when we found our house and saw this room, I knew I had found the perfect spot. It was just right! This rooms gives me plenty of sunshine; it has 5 windows! It is tucked away from the rest of the house. You actually have to go through my office to get to this room. It is the perfect hide away to create. Having plenty of space to organize all of my creation tools and having them accessible was very important to me. Having a door that can close so dear hubby didn't have to see creation in action was important to him!
